Have you been wondering what factors influence your lamb carcass quality and price? Join us for an educational workshop to help bridge the gap between producers and consumers. Find out what your consumers are looking for, …and how to give it to them.

Classroom and live hands-on animal evaluations are part of the day!

When: Tuesday, June 12, 2012 — 9:30am to 5:00pm.
Where: Hawaiian Homesteads Hall, Waimea.
Cost: $35 for HSGA members; $60 for non-members; $15 for 4H/FFA students. The non-member price includes membership into HSGA.
